Airmail envelopes

I think that the majority of snail-mailers like the old airmail envelopes. However, at least in the USA, they are a bit hard to come by. I was excited when I came across these airmail envelopes to print! There are three designs:
plain
By Air Mail / Par Avion
1936 Art-deco By Air Mail

  1. In Brazil we have a similar envelope, except for the colors: ours are green and yellow!

By the way, hi! Just found your blog and really liked it. :) I plan to come back often. :)

  2. What fun! It would be great to print this template on a thin paper to capture the feel of authentic airmail envelopes. The other day, I had the very good fortune of finding a partial box of vintage airmail stationary and envelopes at a thrift store. I realized that the texture of the paper is definitely a part of what I like about airmail stationary!

    1. I've never felt vintage airmail envelopes, so I don't know what they feel like. But the texture can add a lot! Printer paper doesn't have the same effect...

    1. I really have as many penpals as I can handle right now (and probably a few extra) so I'm not really accepting any new ones right now :/ However, I would love to get a letter from you, I will reply! I just don't have time to make it a regular thing.
