First Letter!

I received my first letter today, from Laura, a college student in Illinois. I was so excited! I wrote her a letter back right away, and included a little something for being the first!

After going to the post office, we stopped at an antique store nearby. They had quite a few old postcards, some of them written on. They were dated from the 1940's, and sent to a Miss Juanita (spelled once Waneta) Couch and another Miss Couch in Georgia. They were interesting to read. Some were from New York, others Georgia, and some Florida, and not all were from the same person. I  thinking about getting a couple, either to send or to save, but they were $2 each, some $3. I thought that was expensive for a postcard. Anyway, I am determined to find some postcards for Postcrossing that are not just Atlanta tourist cards.

  4. Good! I look forward to getting your response in the mail. Sorry about the boring stationary, I don't have a lot of extra money right now to buy fun cards. Hopefully, I will soon though : )
